Bali Art Sales buys, sells, and distributes Balinese and Indonesian arts and crafts worldwide. Bali Art Sales orders and purchases locally produced crafts from artisans and companies in response to orders from our on-line categories. Our services are available to anyone wherever they may be. These products are surprisingly inexpensive. Most of these goods are hand-made in relatively small numbers, or mostly so, so build-to-order may take a few days longer. A nice feature of the non-production-line method is that a customer can have an item made to his/her specifications. This feature will not be available for a while (until we get into proper negotiations with pricing, availability etc with the many different people involved. Rest assured, we will keep you posted). This can add to the allure, the desirability of these goods. The pricing of the goods is for individual items or pairs. Discounted prices may be possible for larger orders.

Services to Personal Shoppers

Sales to local and overseas customers for small numbers of items for personal use, using Postal Services or Couriers (DHL, UPS etc). Please contact us either using the contact form, or on email: customerservice@baliartsales.com.

CLARIFICATION

We do our best, but in some cases, where it is impossible to obtain enough information on an item such as furniture, which will be shipped by container, and we cannot get accurate, up-to-date, shipping details, we have up to now included a price of USD32 for shipping, which seems wonderful. However, this is just a ‘placeholder figure’,a number put in to avoid the alternative of USD0.00. Neither option is great. We would suggest people email us for a true, up-to-date price. However, if you see a figure such as USD32 as ashipping price for a painted canvas, that is OK. There is a discount, on 2 or more canvases ordered simultaneously.

Services to Business Customers

Sales to local and overseas commercial buyers / distributors of part- or full container-loads for distribution. (Bali-based handling-charges are specified and added to the shipping charges. It is impractical for Bali Art Sales to keep stocks of all available products, so goods are ordered from the manufacturers, and if available, dispatched immediately, or if not immediately available, Bali Art Sales will place an order for them to be made). Quality-check items are made before shipment.

About our products

Bali Art Sales has selected several different kinds of Balinese art and craft types. Within each range may be varying product designs from various sources. We strive to maintain the quality of items we select for sale. Understandably, we think,a shortage of space for fuller description, or more images, can sometimes cause a bit confusion.

For example, in our Lighting Product line,

1. items referred to as Lampshades are just that, and each requires to be fitted with a bulb-holder, cable, switch( if desired), and a plug.
2. items referred to as Lamps come ready fitted with bulb-holder, cable, in-line switch and a 2-pin plug.

We will reply within 24 hours, giving any information necessary for completion of your order. Also, as noted above, many items will be made to order, so a short wait may be necessary.
